The total price depends on the size of the home and type of cleaning: Standard or Deep Clean . When booking over the phone, without our team seeing the home or office we give flat rate pricing between $75-$100 per hour. However, we offer free consultations on site which normally generate a lower cost. This is because when we see the property and speak to the owner about their needs, we can customize a job that’s ‘just right’ for them. Many homes need deep cleaning,
some people are looking for moving cleans, or those who are looking for a new company to take over their current housekeeping solutions qualify for standard cleaning. We give a total proposed cost for the entire job, rather than an hourly rate after visiting your property. The current condition of your property will strongly impact the price of these cleaning services. Don’t be hesitant to give us call- we are always willing to work out a fair price that works for both parties .
Some other considerations we take into account when building your custom quote include; Is it a luxury home? Luxury homes have different fixtures and materials that greatly change the scope of job and materials needed for: crystals, marble, elaborate designs, etc…

Are looking for recurring cleaning, this also impacts pricing.

Average time to perform a House Cleaning Service depends on the size of the home, number of staff required, and type of cleaning requested. The first time we service your home, we perform a deep clean to bring your home to the finest condition. Anticipate at least 3 hours for an apartment or home under 1000 sq. ft. The average deep clean take 4-5 hours. For luxury homes, large commercial properties and special projects, they may take up to 10 hours. The time varies drastically.

If you are on a monthly or 2x per month recurring cleaning schedule, the time decreases drastically. Expect 2-3 hours of service. Times listed here are an approximation.

Our Director of Operations has 14 years experience supervising luxury real estate cleaning, and our operations team of maids has been trained and working in luxury real estate cleaning for many years.

We prefer to do walk throughs, or what is also called an in home consultation to provide better estimates, usually completed by a member of management.

Consultations are normally available within a day or two of when you contact our house cleaning services company in Las Vegas and sometimes even the same day. Per company policy we do not offer same day appointments for full housekeeping service unless we have a cancellation and an operations team of maids is ready to go. We are often able to accommodate appointments as early as the next day.

Yes, we like to customize your house cleaning experience and it is our priority to ensure your satisfaction. Providing us specific instructions insures that we are all on the same page about the expectations.

We have operations teams which include multiple personnel, unfortunately we couldn’t mobilize a full team to clean partial homes. At this moment we do not offer partial house cleaning. We are able to exclude a specific rooms or areas of the home, but we do not offer ‘Only the kitchen’ or ‘Just my bathrooms’ services. Give us a call and we can work with you on a project that satisfies both of our needs!

While we hope to never encounter an unsatisfied customer, mistakes or miscommunications can happen. In the unfortunate event that this were to happen to you, you should call us immediately. Call us at (702)291-1996 and we will come back to rectify our mistakes. We are more than willing to return and fix the issues. Your satisfaction is most important to us. If you booked your appointment through Google, we are also a Google Certified Business, which guarentee’s satisfaction or your money back.

If and when our customers are home at the completion of our service, we will walk through the home with the owner/renter to ensure their satisfaction. We also always have a ‘lead’ or supervisor present at all jobs for quality control. We appreciate communication like a phone call and a text message to let us know what adjustments you would like made or questions/concerns that arise after service is complete and we have left the property.

Yes very much. Not only management, but the owners of Diamond Cleaning USA are very active and involved in the day-to-day operations of the business. The managing partner team is out on the field daily, working with the maids teams members and customers for quality control, training, and motivation.

Our managing team has over 20 years experience in housekeeping. Our housekeepers and maids all have relative experience in the industry.

We will do our best to be on time and have respect for your time and schedule. We are trying to simplify your life so you can focus on what matters most. We set our appointment with a one hour window for arrival times. We do this because we never want to rush out of our previous appointment if the job is not yet finished, in order to arrive at our next appointment. We cannot predict exactly how much time we are going to spend in a home, and we give all of our customers the equal respect in finishing each job to our best ability before leaving. Traffic and travel time in Las Vegas also plays a part in our scheduling.

If you are on a recurring cleaning schedule with Diamond Cleaning, we can schedule any way you would like. We can set a specific day of the week and time, schedule the same date each day of the month, or just touch base on the week of your requested cleaning and be flexible with your schedule, it’s all up to how you would like to schedule us.

No you don’t have to be present if you don’t want to. You are more than welcome to stay on property during service, we do ask that children and pets be supervised or excused, but it is not required. Many of our customers have electronic locking systems which we can let ourselves in and lock up afterwards if the owners are not present. We are flexible.

We have operations teams of 2, 3, 4 and 5 people, depending on the size of your home and type of cleaning requested. We can let you know based off of your specific job during a consultation.

Yes our specialty services are luxury and custom homes. We have a lot of experience in the execution of deep cleaning and recurring cleaning for these properties. Our Director of Operations is always on property for service during these properties, for quality control and to work and ge to know the homeowners preferences.

Yes, we have training and experience cleaning high end material and fixtures, we are knowledgeable with chemicals and cleaning agents and how they react to different surfaces. We will always be sure about which supplies to use of these materials before using them. We take extra care and pay attention to small details to ensure we do not damage, stain or scratch any of these materials. We also carry a $1 million insurance policy which covers damages in any worst case scenario for cleaning services in Las Vegas.

Yes we offer marble and granite stain removal as an additional service. We can assess the damage and quote you on the job during your consultation.

No worries, there’s no areas of luxury homes we don’t know how to handle. We can include glass cleaning pricing into your custom quote. It is competitively cheaper than hiring a glass cleaning company. They price per window, as we would be bundling the service with the rest of your home.

Deep Cleaning Includes:

Bedrooms Areas:
● Dust around window ledges and shades or curtains.
● Dust and Wipe all furniture surfaces from nightstands, dressers, armoires, desks, fireplace, bookshelves and more.
● Change Sheets or make the bed, whichever you prefer.
● We will vacuum, sweep and mop any bedroom floors after they have been cleared and service your Master Bathroom as described.
● Walls, doors and baseboards/trim will be wiped or scrubber.
● Blinds thoroughly cleaned.
● Interior windows cleaned

Bathroom Areas:
● Top to bottom mirrors, vanity and sink areas dusted and disinfected.
● Shower walls and glass will be cleaned as well as bath tubs or jacuzzi tuBs.
● Sanitize the toilets.
● Sweep and mop.
● Walls, doors and baseboards/trim will be wiped or scrubbed.
● Blinds thoroughly cleaned.
● Windows cleaned.

Laundry Room:
● Sweep floor and tidy up where possible

Kitchen:
● Clean vertical surfaces of kitchen cabinets paying attention to details.
● Clean and sanitize horizontal kitchen counter surfaces.
● Clean thoroughly around and in the sink, if there are dishes in the sink, we will load them into the
dishwasher for you or take your specific directions otherwise.
● Clean the microwave inside and out.
● Clean oven inside and out.
● Clean baseboards
● Clean ceiling and wall fixtures
● Clean exterior of all other appliances including refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, etc…
● Pull appliances out (if applicable) to sweep debris from behind
● Dust and clean kitchen window and sliding glass doors when applicable.

● Freshen up the couches with a light cleaning. Please notify us if you have leather couches.
● Wipe down coffee table
● Dust windows & room trim or baseboards

● All wall and ceiling ventilation dusted and wiped

Yes we are licensed with the state of Nevada, and Clark County, we also have a Bond, and Liability Insurance up to $2 Million per occurrence, if your business or high end luxury home need to be named as a lien holder on our insurance binder you may request for us to do so.

Yes, we provide vacation rentals full service. We often work with the booking agencies or homeowners to streamline processes and scheduling. We have built some great tracking systems around vacation rental homes to protect the homeowners and property, hold renters accountable for any damages, and assist with the property management.

All vacations rentals need specific customizing so the properties can operate smoothly, we will take note of all your needs during the walkthrough. We have some great tools and procedures in place to manage vacation rental properties.

Yes, under specific instructions from clients we will do the laundry and let the managers know of attention needed details like leakings or bulbs not functioning. We also have some tracking tools build if you would like our assistance with property management.

Depending on the type of property and condition of your property we utilize different types of cleaning products. We offer a full ‘green cleaning’ package if requested. We do not use bleach unless specifically instructed to do so.

We always have an english speaking person available for your convenience.

We accept cash, check and credit cards. A small credit card processing fee applies to your cleaning fee. A $50 deposit is required for some appointments.

Our main area of focus are luxury homes but we also have operations teams that are catering to regular real estate homes.

This question is asked very often, and yes we do the very traditional hard work of scrubbing, getting down and dirty, bringing ladders and equipment, etc…

Yes we do offer discounts to military personnel, veterans, and first responders. We sometimes offer online promotions as well.

Yes, we have a team of housekeepers who specialize in post construction clean up.

Yes all our employees are legally employed, they have passed background checks, and have a business relationship with the company and with the management team of many years.

At this time per company policy we do not offer same day appointments, unless we have a cancellation and a team of maids ready to go.

Yes we do daily, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly cleaning services in Las Vegas, and we customize to our customer’s specific needs.

For residential house cleaning we do not require a contract, for commercial cleaning both companies need to agree to obligations, duties and conditions to maintain a good business relationship

Yes it takes longer. It is the most detailed house cleaning service to perform. When a home has been cleared of all personal belongings and furniture, a lot of dust, dirt and debris are exposed and we need to clean every inch of the home in great detail. We prepare the home a new tenant to occupy the property in confidence that the place is thoroughly cleaned, leaving no traces of the previous tenants. Please do not schedule the move out cleaning service the same day the movers are coming, or the same day the new tenants are moving in or inspecting the home.

We prepare the home for picture day and to start showing to prospective buyers. We perform this house cleaning similar to a move in clean or move out clean.

We do work with property management companies to establish contracts for multi-unit cleaning. We also offer apartment cleaning for individuals.

Yes we are already approved at many towers for house cleaning service in Las Vegas and we are able to provide the documentation your HOA requires for permission to enter, such as insurance and business licenses.

Yes. It means that the owners and managers have gone through extensive criminal and other types of background checks and have successfully passed. In case of monetary loss by clients of Google and Diamond Cleaning USA, Google insures the services performed.
